Our Winegrowers
Camille Allouchery
Champagne Allouchery-Bailly
She has several melodies in her head… that inspire her to name her cuvées. Just like her grandfather, a music lover, Camille plays the score with rigour, precision and delicacy: with all the proper rules. Her champagnes reflect the generous elegance of the Pinot Noir, from her most universal cuvée to the most complex. A winegrower who makes the Champagne lovers’ heart sing.
Florence and Laurent Collet, Christophe Richomme
Champagne G. Richomme
Make way for this trio’s offbeat mind coming from the Sézannais. Everything is made in Barbonne-Fayel: Florence, Laurent and Christophe shape Nature (that is to say their Chardonnay grape variety for the most part) through different materials (stainless steel, wood, clay) and treat us to elegant champagnes inviting for a walk: in the woods, in a Japanese garden, in a wheat field…
A must-have.
Sophie & Arnaud Gounel
Champagne Gounel-Lassalle
Our wine-riders from Chigny-les-Roses! Maybe you will meet Arnaud skateboarding in his vines, or Sophie in a road-trip… They have chosen to go beyond their roots with a range of champagnes with no dosage, vinified plot by plot for the most part, in which you will discover their Premier Cru vineyard, through an extremely light and successful wine-making process, revealing subtle wood aromas and above all, a glorified terroir.

Bastien Papleux
Champagne Goutorbe-Bouillot
He holds concurrently several things: new generation, clear vision, atypical sector, Vigneron Indépendant member, a Clos, a part in organic wine-growing, an aura which has not stopped expanding… Any meeting with Bastien is always enriching. His range honours his Damery terroir. He integrates the perpetual reserve method without malolactic fermentation for almost the totality of his champagnes. And his creations are absolutely attractive: as easily accessible as rich, these are discoveries that you will not forget!
Frédérique & Cédric Lahémade
Champagne Jean-Claude Mouzon
Ah! The Mouzon! This inseparable duo met each other on the Judo tatami mat and they haven’t left each other since. The Yin and Yang is as much present through their couple as in their Grand Cru terroir only planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. You will find the combination of power and delicacy within their wines. Very beautiful single grape varieties, vintage cuvées, single crus are waiting for you… on the estate!
Paul Froissart
Champagne Lafalise-Froissart
Paul has been able to understand his plots, listen to them, respect them and raise them through the creation of cuvées vinified by plot, which are produced in very small quantities. He only positions them in the sector of the best tables and cellars. If you are looking for sharing and excellence, you must knock on his door. He will open his door with pleasure, to the initiated persons…

Champagne Lafalise-Froissart
Axelle Godard
Champagne Laurent Godard
This young woman’s talent is having guts: she restored the estate, raised her “clan’s” colours (especially driven with her brother Amaury) with cuvées coming one after another, like a collection and composed of singular gems, such as a cuvée with a dry dosage which is equally disconcerting and pleasant. In the Godard estate, benevolence, quality and originality are mixed. What more could you ask for?
Sébastien Sanchez
Champagne Le Guédard
If there is organic wine-growing that does not sound cliché, it is certainly Sébastien’s estate! Well, he likes joking and his land… But he does not produce his cuvées to obtain the certification but by deep conviction as his grandfather made. His wines are just like him: authentic, full of life and generous. We appreciate seeing him riddling his bottles by hand (remuage) during hours or topping his barrels up carefully.
Marie-José and Jean-Pierre Vézien
Champagne Marcel Vézien
The ambassador of the French culture: Jean-Pierre has so many stories and artistic and literary references; his great pleasure is to speak about his dear heritage in the Aube terroir. This is the reason of his work: his champagnes translate a part of what he is committed to. As theatrical as rustic, Jean-Pierre knows how to work his vines masterfully and shares his knowledge, supported by his wife Marie-José, through champagnes revealing the greediness of the Pinot (Pinot Noir or Pinot Blanc!).

Maxime Renault
& amis
Max & Friends
Max & Friends is much more than Coteaux Champenois and Champagnes, this is an unusual adventure that gathers friends and connoisseurs’ universes together around real sharing. Maxime Renauld, the wine-grower, belongs to these persons who are able to free themselves from the predictable things and constraints to be in tune with their convictions (no input products, permaculture, spirituality…), and above all, to connect to his fellows and friends those who will appreciate to celebrate life through the wine, friends and vine.
Magali, Emmanuel & Quentin Henriet
Champagne Michel Henriet
Connected through family ties and the passion for the wine-making, the 5 Henriet generations have perpetuated a well-ordered mechanism to produce precise cuvées. Through their historical, specialised and meticulous eyes, you can clearly taste the different sides of their single terroir in Verzenay (Grand Cru): a white cuvée, a black cuvée, a vintage cuvée, an Old vines… so much clearness inviting to enjoy the brightness of the modernised Champagne tradition.
Véronique & Richard Petit
Champagne Petit & Bajan
Audacity is definitely their talent! When they created their champagnes in 2008, they chose to follow the aesthetes’ way: every little detail matters, they bring their cuvées directly to the high-end gastronomy. They have famous terroirs (Avize and Verzenay – Grands Crus), wines of a single year and ultra-light dosages. All of this being presented in a unique bottle leading to a total harmony between the quality of the year, the wines and the bottle for the most beautiful tables and the greatest oenophiles.

Juliette Pointillart
Champagne Pointillart-Leroy
The kindness personified: Juliette is a high potential winegrower as we like. She overcomes the hardship of wine, vine and life by keeping her inner compass. She has her own committed positions and knows how to let people know, very gently. She actively works to develop her terroir, in Ecueil where the Pinot Noir reigns. And she repays it well in return, through her well-built range, in which everyone can find the cuvée they are looking for.
Florence Bliard & Antoine Boquet
Champagne Vincent Bliard
They had the courage to take over the family estate and to reinvent their cuvées. As pioneers of the organic wine-growing, their grandfather, Jean, took this direction in the 1960s and his descendants have always followed it until today. With a “sensitive” and natural approach, cleverly translated into their mantra “from breeze and earth”, they create generous champagnes revealing woody aromas and that, as their philosophy, have managed to endure through the ages without wrinkle.
Stéphanie and Olivier Waris and their children Cyprien, Antonin and Blanche
Champagne Waris-Hubert
They are independent winegrowers and we can say it without blushing, they are talented wine-growers. If you do not know yet the cuvées behind the letters “WH” of their name, you must no longer wait. This family residing in Avize Grand Cru knows perfectly how to translate it in a range composed of Blancs de Blancs of high quality. The vinifications made at low temperature, the sheep in the vines, the wonderful wine cellar and Olivier’s signature…make it a jewel of the Côte des Blancs.
